When my family decided to sell their undeveloped lot in Wailuku, Mr. Vandoorn handled our property transaction in a highly efficient and professional manner. Though we live in Southern California, Roy kept us fully informed on every step in the process, clearly explaining all the legal aspects and providing his experienced judgment on property values and buyer proposals. He even handled a bureaucratic snafu regarding a water meter installation. Despite the ongoing real estate situation, my family was quite satisfied with the final sales price.
