South Shore, North Shore, Upcountry

Aloha! Welcome to Maui! I've been fortunate enough to live here since

1980 - allow me to put my local knowledge and business skills to work

for you!

Klaus moved to Maui to windsurf back in 1980 after studying

communications and political sciences at the University of Munich.

Living on the north shore and upcountry since then he has been immersed

in all things Maui and ocean. Competing professionally around the world,

learning how to make sails, designing boards. Building Simmer Style, a

custom windsurf sail maker into an internationally renowned windsurf and

apparel brand with his brother and then selling it. Raising two kids

with his wife Michele. Buying, selling, renovating, building residential

as well as commercial buildings.

Now that the kids are off to college, Klaus is fully immersed in one of

the things he loves - houses and property - on the island he loves -

Maui - specifically north shore Maui and upcountry where he has worked,

lived and played most of his life and of course the south shore, Kihei

and Wailea, where all the business is... With his work ethic and eye

for quality he is the perfect choice to find the perfect property for

you. His international business and marketing experience make him the
