If you are looking to buy a home in Maui, you can’t find a better realtor than Michele Muir White. While we were living on the mainland, we decided to put our condo on the market. Michele had the place cleaned from ceiling to carpets, and then, taking the furniture and art work we already had in the place, she staged our condo. Somehow, just by removing the clutter and rearranging a few pictures, she got the place looking like a magazine spread. Then she hired a professional videographer to make an incredible video. Our condo sold in two days! A cash sale! We didn’t have to come back to Maui until we needed to pack. All the documents were signed via computer. Michele KNOWS Maui. She is easy to work with. Big Mahalo's to Michele White: Though I have purchased and sold many properties during my 58 years, I were not familiar at all with the ins and outs of Maui properties, the leasehold vs. fee simple issues and especially the special assessments and condo fees. The other issue was that we needed to be able to rent out our property to be financially feasible and were not aware that there are restrictions on short term rentals. Just another part of the education process we needed to be schooled on by Michele. One of the best things about working with Michele was her strong knowledge of the correct people to hook us up with to get done when we needed things done. She really had great connections including a Mortgage Banker (Rick from First Hawaiian Bank) and a Property Managing Agent (Leanna with iTrips). We felt so comfortable about these people that we had a post-purchase party for all of them at the end of our stay and can say that we have made some good friends! We initially reached out to 2 different Maui Realtors by email when we started looking at purchasing a condo in Maui.
